Artist will teach classes for amateurs during exhibition week

Ecuadorian artist, Marco Barahona, features this wednesday, november 13, at 16h00, a live free class, directed to art lovers. Children, young people and the elderly will be able to enjoy and learn from this teaching event.

This activity will be carried out in the same hall where, currently, his exhibition is being displayed, which is entitled “Oils and Drawings” and will be open to the public at the Luis Noboa Naranjo Museum, until November 20.

A model will be used as a muse to inspire the students, for them to accomplish their first art pieces, thanks to to the assistance of our artist and mentor.

Following the excellent comments about his technique, content and meaning of his paintings, Marco Barahona has decided to share his knowledge with people who wish to be a part of this creative world. Encouraging them so the number of artists can increase in our country.

The exhibition “Oils and Drawings” is open to the public until November 20 at the Luis Noboa Naranjo Museum. From Monday through Friday, from 9h00 to 17h00; and on Saturdays, from 11h00 to 15h00.

His paintings are about naked beautiful women, with a perfect technique combination of acrylic and oil on canvas; paintings of fairies and pieces which reflect the conclusions of the author during a year of work.
