Among the guests at the event were recognized visual artists as Quimbita, Jorge Velarde and Patricia Leon, who stated seeing “an evolution in the work of Santos,” who she has known for a lifetime.

“This is the first time I see the work of Santos, this is a psychological work, since the spectator must interpret what the author means,” said Digna Mite, who attended the soirée.The sample is composed of a series of abstract figures made on acrylic paper and using the watercolor technique. A combination of colors, which the author alleges, “is nothing concrete as peace, tranquility, hatred, but some of it.”Santos began making art a very young age, his first exhibition was held in 1975 in the antique shop “Bottega”, of Maria Teresa Solá. His works have been exhibited abroad. He has also dabbled in the world of letters with the book of poems “Selection of Poems and Drawings by Marcos Santos.”
