On Thursday, December 6 at 7pm, as part of the program of activities developed by the ILARTE in 2012, the Luis Noboa Naranjo Museum will exhibit 250 works of art painted by 250 children educated at the institution in the city of Guayaquil.
Counselor Álvaro Noboa Pontón, Founding President of the museum, will give away 250 toys to the children as Christmas gifts, and will welcome the children with a musical festival to include sandwiches and refreshments.
The musical group AVALON, made up of Christian Robinson, Carlos Hernandez, and Luis Illescas on guitars and classical bass, as well as the fabulous singer, Camila Perez Trujillo, will be in charge of entertaining the children and the other guests with Christmas carols and songs in rock and jazz style.

PABLO MARTINEZ: In the name of the Luis A. Noboa Naranjo Museum, we give you the most cordial welcome. As you know, the Luis A. Noboa Naranjo Museum created the “Álvaro Noboa” Biennale of Guayaquil.
The exhibition we have at the moment includes 33 artists, of which three were winners of the three Biennales that we have held here. Jimmy Lara, first Biennale; Juan Caguana, second Biennale; and René Bohórquez, the third Biennale. Besides that, there are José Luis Choez, Loor and Saidel Brito, second place winner of the second Biennale, as well as many other famous artists.
Álvaro Noboa always thanks me for being Director of the Museum, and for organizing these exhibitions. This time I have to thank him, however, because if it wasn’t for his unconditional support, the sponsorship that he gives to the art and culture of Ecuador, we would not have this exhibition.
Here with you, Álvaro Noboa.
Alvaro Noboa Museum is proud to present the photo gallery of the painting exhibition “PORT” by 33 local Artists.
